The Rooftop staff wasn't friendly but the rest of the staff was amazing!!!

Appreciated Willie the door man and Perry at check in. Style wise the room 1007 was great. Very clean other than the carpet in a couple of spots but otherwise well kept. Rooftop bar was THE place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. Overall had a good experience.

Our 5 night stay at this hotel was wonderful. Great staff, especially, Mr. Willie. The breakfast was delicious and many varieties of foods to choose from with freshly made eggs, turkey sausage, and grits! Our family came for 4th of July and had a marvelous time. This hotel is located in downtown Memphis on the Mississippi River.. A two block walk to the fireworks on the river. The Hu also has a penthouse bar and lounge on the rooftop😊… Our room was clean and comfortable. Could have asked for better!!!! Thank you Hu Hotel….❤️

The front desk/management, breakfast and housekeeping team members were so friendly. They went out of their way to answer our questions and provide assistance when needed. We usually stay elsewhere when in Memphis but we will definitely be coming back. The breakfast area is very well appointed with a large variety of options for everyone. Window seating to people watch was an added bonus. While we didn’t get to use the roof top bar, we did look out at the stunning view.

Valet left doors open for hours and tv kept buffering hotel staff never came up like they said they was going too
