They upgrade my room free of charge was much appreciated

A little bit of an older hotel but it’s obvious they’ve worked hard to keep it unkept and clean, with some nice amenities including a pool, bar, restaurant and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy and there were places to eat nearby with more within a 15-20 minute walk.

Room was older and worn down.

The hotel staff are nice and the rooftop pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The restaurant has an impressive view but the menu is quite extravagant and extremely limited. Room service only offers the few dishes that are on the main restaurant menu. We felt quite isolated as there are no restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. You really do need to hire a car - but driving there as a tourist is quite scary! Taxis are slow to come and quite expensive. The rooms are very basic but the AC was cold and the wifi worked well (on the lower floors only).

The staff was VERY helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Didn’t have WiFi for the entire time only work in some rooms. Where the pool is situated doesn’t encourage you to want to use it

The staff was wonderful from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant (enjoyed the food for breakfast and dinner). Free parking was great. Car recommended to get around, be prepared for roundabouts. Street food restaurant across the street was a plus. The hotel has basic 3 star comparable Caribbean rooms with limited internet (downstairs at least) but would stay again depending on the type of trip.
