Very very bad wifi connectivity. They say premium wifi but not at all. Even their conference wifi too. I have to use data and hotspot too. Please ask them to remove the premium wifi sign board from the property

Make sure to bring an international electrical adapter for US travelers. Wish there are USB in the room.

Staff was nice and the room was great!

it was hot there was no ac.

Front desk staff was very nice.

Note, the shuttle doesn't run after 11pm-ish. My flight was late landing, so I missed the last shuttle - it was $30 to cab there and it's under 2 miles away. Room was dated, but comfortable enough.

After waiting in a long line to check in, I was told that the restaurants were closed but the bar was still open, The bar was understaffed with long waits for drinks and no food available, not even a bag of chips. My room door would not close properly as it was damaged and I had to slam it shut and wedge it for safety reasons. The bed had a pillow covered with what appeared to be blood spots and had a hole with feathers coming out. It was not a pleasant stay.

We arrived at the Zurich Airport near 4 PM. The hotel did not give us specific directions to meet the provided shuttle van to take us to Movenpick.

We needed to stay overnight in the airport hotel and chose Movenpick because the hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport and train station in the airport. The shuttle runs according to the schedule. The staff sent us a message with the schedule in advance and helped in the hotel as well, but as all airport hotels this hotel has new visitors every day, tourist groups, airline crews, individual travelers. The restaurant provides nice buffet breakfast and room service with traditional Swiss cuisine. The noise from the expressway was noticeable late at night. The distance to Zurich is more than 10 km, the taxi service is expensive there. it is a good place to stay if you traveling through Zurich, but for a long stay is necessary to use the shuttle and train from the airport to the city.
