Spa was out of use, gym was small and all weight machines broken and dangerous. Safe in room not working, all hand sanitizer in hotel empty. AC wasn’t great in the room.

Nice hotel. It is highly recommended as it has right at the corner bus to Vald’Europe and from there you can go anywhere in Paris

A great stay, before and after a stay at Disney. Friendly staff, good breakfast selection and the family room that we stayed in was ideal for our family of 5. Free parking and only 10-15 mins drive from Disney made it ideal for us.

Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and cool. Walkable to a pastry shop. You can pay for breakfast at the hotel, we chose not to, but the food looked good.

Great location, hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, the carpark was easy to navigate and has plenty of space for larger SUVs. The room was clean and tidy. Quiet and came with all facilities you'd expect. The wallpaper was a little in your face at first as the whole hotel is bird themed but not a deal breaker and in-fact it's quite fun! There's even a resident bird in reception to great you! We used the hotel as a base for Disneyland which is only 15 minutes drive away. 100% will be back again.

Internal repairs on our floor, tools left it, drilling until 8pm. Really hit in the room, air conditioning didn’t work and you couldn’t open the window as the bunk bed blocked it. Annoying noise like a toilet flushing every 10 minutes the entire night. Very bad sleep.

The lady on reception was lovely 10/10 friendly and helpful. However the room was very small and tired, with minimal plug sockets. There were huge spiders in the hotel. (We saw at least 2 with bodies about 2-3 cm). The spa costs money (€35 per person), which was unclear on the hotels.com web page and it was also closed. The gym was locked and we were told by a very unfriendly staff member when we went for an explore that it was shut and so was the spa. (We were there at 4pm). The lovely reception lady gave us the key to the gym, she had no idea that it was locked. However the machines were broken and most were not working and there were bed mattresses and toilet rolls stored in there. If these facilities aren't going to be available then it should be made clear to guests before arrival as we would have stayed elsewhere.

Was a great place for the night, it’s a little out of the way but was walking distance to many restaurants. However finding lunch at 3pm was not easy most restaurants don’t open up until 7
