I always stay here when in the Alabang/Manila area.

Pool is out of service (1-star only) "I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere made my stay enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again."

Amazing

All is good with me and I have been satisfied

Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel.

The pool area is small. Able to swim laps but only if no one else in pool.

Good stay. Room service for dinners not great but breakfast were good.

The staff were attentive and friendly.

huge room with kitchen dining and living room really feel home. You can do everything, restaurant roof top pool, and gym. My only wish they have washing machine as the room is really like living in a condo.

The Orbits listing said “newly renovated” it is not. It’s old and run down. We asked to change rooms but the one they offered us was no better. Large unit and great location but needs renovation. The staff is excellent.
