This property is huge and beautiful. Many different things to do within the resort, multiple pools, restaurants, sports etc... We were very impressed with the updated rooms and how clean everything was. I would say the only negative was the $30 nightly "parking fee" that was not included. I do not remember seeing that fee on their website prior to booking. Check in did take a bit longer than expected but staff was very nice.

Room was fine and spacious. Beware of $30/night parking per vehicle which is not included in expedia room price. We got put on top floor (which we like), but there were no elevators for top floor suites. Stairs only to haul everything. Our room was situated feet away from I-4 so it was very noisy. If you wanted to sit on the balcony all you hear is traffic. The complex is so huge, you may not get to close to a whole lot. We had to drive a few min to get to the other pools and market and had a few min walk to a main pool. So, things are not right there for your but what they do have is pretty good and well maintained. If you book at the right time and get a reasonable rate, it is worth.

The property appeared to be nice. We only stayed 1 night. It seemed we weren't greeted the same as people staying longer. Did not like the no contact Italian restaurant..there were people behind the ice cream counter but they didn't engage us as we tried to figure out how to order food. Pizza was good, pasta not so good. No drinks..other than bar drinks and soda..just wanted tea..bar drinks were good, bar tender seemed put off that we ordered..but he made good drinks..and the 3rd story walk up not good..but I had family to help me..the booking did not indicate there was no elevator. I checked in with my cane that I use..no attempt made to correct so I just made the best of it for 1 night

Very clean & spacious! We enjoyed the amenities as well.

Everything was absolutely amazing, except their 24 hour shuttle, very hard to get picked up from the shuttle. Had to walk most of the time in the property.

It was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful we will definitely be returning

My husband and I traveled with our 3 kids and this property was exactly what we needed to have space and be comfortable. It is definitely a place I would recommend for people traveling with kids. We really enjoyed the stay!!!!
