The hotel is well located. While our room was very clean, it felt small and the bathroom was really small. The communication about check in wasn’t too good.

Great location super close to everything, we walked everywhere from the hotel and we caught a train to Ravenna from there and it was about a 10 min walk. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room actually bigger than the pictures seemed. Just perfect for three girls on a short trip before a cruise. Also, we caught the Alilaguna from the airport and it was like a 5 min walk from the stop.

Just stay somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

Communication was exceptionally poor. No emails were acknowledged before our stay. I provided my WhatsApp details ahead of stay to receive check-in codes which had not arrived by check-in time. After several unanswered calls I was finally provided check-in codes at 3:15pm. The front door re-locks about one second after inputting the code, so with luggage it is hard to use the front door. No room code to leave baggage was provided. No hand soap in room until final day. Our toilet roll was removed from our room one day and the message I sent was read but unanswered, so I had to go to the supermarket to buy some. The floors were never cleaned. There was a smashed pane of glass in our room held together with tape. The only communication with the owner was a 7:30am text followed by 8am banging on our door to collect tourist tax on day 2, and an early text in leaving day to remind us to be out by 10am. Worst “hotel” I have ever stayed in, anywhere. No care for guest experience whatsoever. That said, location is wonderful and the shower was quite good. Otherwise very run down, no tea/coffee in the room

Location was good, we had a room with bathroom downstairs in the basement of our room which wasn’t exactly in the pictures but other than that it was ok.

The host didn't provide the code to enter on time like it was expected and communicated and that was stressful.

Honestly a wonderful stay, a little lacking in communication right at the start but we loved it and felt like home away from home! Perfect stay!

Room was conveniently located on an island. Within walking distance of the train station so we didn’t have to take a boat to get there. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the walking area. Is not staffed with a receptionist in person that’s all done by messaging. You get a code to come into the main building and then you get a code for each individual room. The shower had good water pressure! There is a housekeeper that comes each day and she’s very friendly!
