Very good hotel with a perfect location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing hotel , friendly staff very clean and organized

Excellent location location. Overall staff super friendly, specially Recep and Ylias from the front desk - going the extra mile, asking how we were and giving us suggestions to visit and the best way to reach them. Down side- soft pillows weren’t available until our 4th night. Their regular pillows are very hard.

Nice room options Great location Wonderful staff

The location of the hotel is good. It’s easy to find out. The room’s size is spacious. It’s very tidy and clean. Can go to the port in few minutes. There are many shops for shopping and food.

Really nice hotel in a good location and very accessible with public transport. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are a good size although our room had very little natural light because of how it was situated so I would have preferred something lighter, as it was very dark, however the room was quiet. Breakfast was good, different selections of hot food each day and good choice of cold food as well. Lovely views from the restaurant. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location was wonderful. Overall everything else was great and we enjoyed every single moment at Istanbul. Will visit again definitely in the future

Room service cleaning the rooms were very noisy, talking loudly in the corridors, smashing doors, aside of the very noisy guests! Also I find it very strand to pay for a Capp

Not worth the price you could stay at the address for cheaper and far better experience, the view here is very nice tho

I booked this hotel 2 years ago, the breakfast with the view was really amazing, today it is very limited and doesn't worth the money. Regarding the hotel I paid 120 euro at 6 am because they never pick the phone even for Expedia to manage the best option for me to check in early so I had to pay, the manager said he will investigate but never back to me . Really bad service , roam is good , clean but the Side view is really bad an noisy
