Great location.

Nice hotel in a good place near everything. Luis in reception was very helpful. The “rooftop” is cute.

L'emplacement est formidable. Pas besoin de réserver d'auto pendant nos 4 nuits à Funchal que nous avons beaucoup exploré. La chambre est petite mais avec beaucoup de rangement. Le balcon très intime était un gros plus. Le déjeuner buffet est typique de ceux qu'on a connus dans tous les pays d'Europe. Le café est bon et la vue du resto très jolie. Nous y retournerions.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with everything close by. It’s just a short walk to the ocean and marina, as well as a large mall and plenty of shopping options. There are also great restaurants all around. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was phenomenal, fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, friendly staff, great location.

Bteakfast was outdtanding. Tons of fruit anything you would want yogurt eggs, bacon etc The bathroom could be a little cleaner. Oir bedroom had no decoration. Beds are good, a titch hard. No pictures and the painted dedk was chipped, drapes old .Really Fantastic location ! We could walj everywhere. The two younger front desk people were fantastic. The older man was not helpful was rude and dismissive. Maybe he needs a vacation.

Staff, especially at the bar, was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool and rooftop were an excellent amenity and the location was central to everything by the water and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and varied, very fresh with fresh baked bread and pastels de nata.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Room was bright and clean. The hotel is right in the center with easy walking to everywhere you'd want to go. We were greated with a smile and checked out with a smile. We'd stay there again.
