Nothing to complain

Property is in a great location, but rooms are old and need some love. Towels super hard. Not soft. Hard toilet paper. Had to kill a few Lil bugs, which yes it's FL, but just gross

The hotel itself was great, the shuttle services do fall behind. We rented an electric scooter for my mother, the shuttle requires a 24 hour notice, we were not told by 3 different hotel staff that we needed this reservation. Also once you get on the shuttle, you have an hour drive to get to the park due to it stopping at multiple hotels. I support the shuttle servicing multiple hotels, it just makes it impossible to be at the Disney parks at rope drop. Also the pick ups makes it difficult to close a park. If you are Epcot when it closes at 9 and are back at the world showcase, you cant make the 930 pick up and then you have to wait till 1030.

Super well located Hotel, near of Parks and a lot of restaurants and shops around.

Buena experiencia!!

When we arrived at 3:00 pm we had to wait almost an hour sitting at the lobby because there were no rooms available. The staff was very attentive and for that inconvenience they upgraded our room. The only thing about this property we did not like was the parking, its an open parking next to a strip mall and it does not feel safe when arriving late at night.

Do not go this hotel they have bedbugs ! The manager wont issue the refund and was very rude towards us. It was really the worst experience we have ever had!

La propiedad estaba bastante limpia y olorosa, pero a pesar de que la entrada era a las 3:00 pm la habitacion no estuvo lista hasta pasadas las 5:00 pm, aunque en recepcion fueron muy amables. La nevera de la habitacion no enfriaba bien, pero las camas muy comodas. Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno, muy poca variedad y las proteinas la servian las muchachas y no uno mismo, eso, para mi gusto, no está bien. Pero, de manera general, tiene una muy buena ubicación.

Needs some updating. Shower continuously leaked, one of the drawers kept sliding open into the walkway. Little things really, but for the price, who am I to really nit-pick? If you are looking for a place to stay on a budget, it's not too bad and is close to some great restaurants. Breakfast is pretty good, although fairly basic. It's a good central location if you plan to visit both Disney and Universal parks.
