芝加哥河畔喜來登大酒店 (Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. Guests have to walk into the hallway to use the microwave, and the refrigerator in the rooms does not get cold. I was a guest twice at this hotel within the last year, so it's safe to say that this issue with the refrigerators is a problem with them all.

Everything was as expected, except during check out a certain William was at the front desk and pretty much ruined my impression of the place. Very condescending. When you answer a question and the answer isn't clear, repeating what you just said slower and louder does not help.

Rom was clean & staff were great

Very friendly and welcoming

Great stay and view of the river.

good

Overall it was a pleasant stay! I didn’t like the employee that checked me out. He got nasty when I was asking questions about my bill. I also didn’t like the river view. I literally had to look out and over to be able to see the river.

Evrithings was good

Great location

Stayed here with family, youngish kids,, the location is amazing, would absolutely recommend to others looking for a great place in the city but easy to get to other attractions. Great for couples and families. Staff was very helpful, hotel was clean, rooms were nice.
