Clean room Very good breakfast Nice location

L’air climatisé n’était pas fonctionnel durant la canicule. Après plusieurs discussions avec la réception et 3 nuits plus tard, on m’a proposé un changement de chambre. Suite au changement de chambre, le confort était un peu mieux, mais Liu d’être parfait. Pour une famille de 4, nous occupions 2 chambre et le problème était récurrent.

My partner and I arrived during a heatwave so the air conditioning couldn't quite keep up but the receptionist gave us a fan to help manage the temperature. The suite we got didn't look like the pictures but we were satisfied enough with the size and layout. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The building is aging and needs some love but it's still good value for the price. Location is great and close to the Metro.

Les photos de la chambre et du balcon présentés sur Expédia n'étaient pas du tout la réalité. Et la climatisation était presque inexistante. J'ai eu 3 nuits où je m'endormais au petites heures de la nuit: il faisait très chaud dans la chambre mal climatisé.

Confusion about two single beds vs a shared bed should not have been as hard as the staff made it. Turns out many of the rooms have options to convert. We did not need to pack up and move. Also, air conditioning is not what Americans might expect. Cooler, but not cool. There was a hard press on check in to pay for the breakfast plan. Laundry is available, but hours are restricted. Showers are in a high-sided tub with only 1/3 covered by glass. As a result, bathroom gets wet without a very concerted effort. Combine that with high tub sides and no grab bars. It’s navigable, but not ideal. Hair dryer is nearly useless as there is very little heat or power. Loved the espresso machine in the lobby! After check in, staff was lovely!

The room was very clean. The staff was kind. The wifi signal was low to moderate in the room, so sometimes we had to use the mobile's data, but that one too, unfortunately, had a very low signal. It is family friendly. We stayed during the high-heat period in Paris (exterbal temperature was 42-43 °C for the 3 out of 5 days of our stay), and the air-condition was not strong enough. It was working day and night for the full 5 days but it could not decrease the temperature lower than 24 °C in bedroom and lower than 25 °C in living room where the children were sleeping. The functioning of A/C was that intense that there were some water drops continuously falling from the ceiling in the room door area just outside the toilet; I notified reception, they said that they were going to look into it, but nothing changed (I assume that this was due to the intense working of A/C and that the staff or their technician could not fix it).

Staff was very accommodating with the extreme heat. They did their best in the circumstances.

Very helpful staff. The photos online made the apartment look more furnished and it looked like it included a balcony. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet except that upstairs guests were noisy. A bit pricey

staff was wonderful; cleaning mediocre; food mediocre

Where do i start, awful carpark layout and access. Overcharged at €30 a night too! The carpark was unsafe being in constant darkness and unclear which sections are for the hotel. Reception staff rude about ice for the room. Inadequate aircon, so the hotel place fans in every room. Power cut meant the fan didnt we lost everything on the final night (charging, fan to keep cool, consumables in the fridge). Despite a hotel wide power cut no management staff available the following morning when checking out to deal with the mass of complaints. Simply stated 'they dont work sunday's' dont be fooled by the pictures the rooms are quite outdated. The size was good and useful balcony. But thats where it ended.
