超讚 Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, and conveniently located for the city centre. Breakfast was very good, all options were available, and it set us up perfectly for the day. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff really made the hotel special. They were all very kind and helped us tremendously with accommodating a disability.

A good location ! Room was clean but basic! Tea and coffee facilities would have been good.
Staff were friendly and the bar area was nice. We used the gym which was good.

Too many bugs in the room. The room also had a musty smell.

"Gym area" was a joke. The rooftop "pool area" was well-used, but the pool is tiny and used only to stand in. Kind of weird. One of the two elevators was inoperable during our entire 4 day stay. Neighborhood was safe, offered many restaurant options.
