Good location close to shops, restaurants, transportation, and walking distance to most sights. Great staff, comfortable bed and AC in room.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff was wonderful. There was a good breakfast and good coffee. The location is nice, a short walk from Termini. A very good stay.

Located close to major attractions and public transportation

Excellent location close to shops and transportation and restaurants, very good breakfast, very good wifi, pretty good price. Bed was nice too, air conditioning available in the room, perfect.

Check in process okay. Rooms look tired and couldndo with a make over, torn curtains and the air conditioner took a while to cool. Mold in the shower that could easily be cleaned. Elevator can only take 2 people at a time. Breakfast is very simple, nothing cooked. Overall, is okay, the ataff is friendly. The best thing is the location, 3 blocks from Termini station.

Great hotel great staff! Jacob was the best. I was really disappointed as I took a shower only to find ants crawling on me. Got dressed went downstairs n Jacob attempted to eliminate them. Also, I had thrown my used towels on the floor in order to get new clean towels only to have housekeeping hang up the ones from the floor! DISCUSTING!😬

Stay in Hotel Nizza was poor. Expected more from 3 star hotel. Experience was like 2 star hotel. Mattress was too soft. Drainage in the shower is bad, water stays in shower for long. Hotel gives you one little hand soup and one little body wash gel it wasn’t enough so needed to ask for more. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling down the room at all. Building next to out hotel had a ongoing construction and even at night time they were very noisy. Breakfast is very poor in the hotel wouldn’t not recommend. They offer 2 choices off fake meat which is unacceptable for Capital of Rome. Tigre supermarket offers for 3€ good portion of meat which we brought to the breakfast area ourselves.

The front desk staff were unhelpful and there were hairs in the shower area. Good location but bad staff

The staff at Hotel Nizza went over the top to help! They were amazingly kind and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful, especially the pastries, and the location was walking-distance to most sights. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

Breakfast is great.
