Good place to stay and breakfast was nice - standard buffet.

Friemdly staff, clean room, great breakfast

Good condition all around.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Triple glazing kept it quiet.

A very nice property in the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. One thing that could help future travelers who have never been to Dublin is identifying where to park. The navigation of downtown Dublin is quite tricky, especially if you're using to driving on the right side of the road. Your navigation app will take you to O'Connell Street but you can't turn right to the hotel. The parking location is actually the Q-Park at The Spire which is around the corner. Set your navigation to this location to gain access to the hotel. The parking is quite expensive, but the hotel will "validate" your ticket to give you a discount.

The staff was so incredibly helpful. They even provided a mini frig for nightly medication we have to take. This was our first trip to Dublin. We booked many tours and each started without walking distance of the hotel. There are tons of great restaurants and dinner shows very close by. For going longer distances the bus stops are just out the door and extremely convenient. Excellent transportation system made getting around a piece of cake.

Front staff very helpful for parking and getting around the city.

clean and good location for seeing Dublin. Very helpful staff. Food was good and very clean areas to eat.

My stay was excellent. The only issue was the price.

Easy check-in/out, clean, comfortable room, good breakfast
