Stayed in the family room. Good size with everything you need. Lovely shower. My only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t great. All four of us never really had a great night’s sleep. Loved the Sky pool. Bar the mattresses, really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to dislike.

Hotel staff were helpful, main areas of the hotel were fine, the indoor pool was a nice temperature but areas at the back were a bit of a building site.

Loved our stay at the Luna hotel. There are lots of renovations happening to improve this lovely hotel. This was a bit noisy, however, it didn't ruin our stay. Would definitely recommend and return again in the future.

Room was spacious and comfortable, but the kitchenette was tiny... a bit more bench space would be good. No tea or coffee supplied, but it was good to have the facility to cook if we didn't feel like eating out. Shower was excellent, wi-fi was good, staff were very accommodating. Location one street back from the foreshore, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach.

Second visit to the Luna. Staff so helpful as always. This is a quiet well positioned hotel complex with a heated pool. A hidden gem.

Very accessible to public transportation. Close to a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to the public beach. There's a convenience store at the basement level. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent.

Got a bigger room than 4 years ago.Pet bowl provider even a pet beda. Receptionist was very helpful.

Very noisy both outside due to ongoing construction and inside due to the lack of respect of other guests staying and shouting and banging doors at all times
