Excellent location, close to all amenities. The staff is very professional.

They're were shops near by and the hotel was very well located for the metro which made access into the city very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful too

Everything was great . Location is easy M1 metro line very near .

Clean room and nice breakfast. The hotel is close to Central Park and near the subway (Line 1), which gets you to the city center in about 20 minutes. I’m not giving five stars only because of their very slow responses to my questions on Expedia messages and the staff’s attitude, which could be improved.

The recently upgraded rooms are miles better than the older ones.

Close to Metro station, clean,and safe. Very nice breakfast.Would recommend and would stay here again.

Large room and bathroom. Lacking basic tea/coffee tray, but did privide a kettle when asked. Carpets neded a good hoover but otherwise clean. Staff very helpful. Breakast fine, hot and cold options. Very busy hotel but no noise heard in the room.

For the price this hotel ideal Rooms are big and clean Breakfast is plentiful but eat early to get a table C

Everything top class, equivalent to a 4 star hotel. Convenient and quiet location with great access to local attractions and the metro.
