超讚 Great location for the gig we were attending at the 02 Ritz. We had dinner and breakfast and both were tasty and good value. Would recommend and will stay here again if we’re back in Manchester for another gig.

還好 For a 4 star rated hotel it does not live up to the expectation. The toilet and shower were dirty. No toothpaste and when rang the reception no one answered. Also paid extra for breakfast which was bang average. At the end the staff just took the key and that’s it. Not great for a 4 star hotel

Pillows were hard , this made an uncomfortable sleep. Tea coffee etc in room was plentiful. Breakfast was decent. Went for food late afternoon upon arrival to the restaurant, but service wasn’t great, we waited but ended up leaving as staff walked past and left us

還好單獨出遊
Room was scruffy and tired- damaged headboard, shower curtain instead of glass, no films or optional tv top up, room service poor quality food staff not very friendly although did what they needed to, very overpriced and a 3 star accommodation at best

不錯家人同行
The location was perfect however the hotel room was in need of some TLC. The bathroom was full of mold and It didn’t feel clean. The room itself felt dusty and not worth the price I payed at all.
