What we liked - location and amazing breakfasts. What we didn't like - tired dated rooms, windows that would not close, drapes that wouldn't slide, leaky faucet, and unattractive decor for a "Superior Plus" room. We understand that the hotel is slated for renovation next year which is very timely.

Well run with helpful friendly staff. Breakfasts are well presented with many choices. Lobby feels secure, always staff on hand.

Great time

Ac did not work. Replaced and caused a flood. Hot water did not work. Had to call housekeeper to get room cleaned after 4 pm

Reception girl with scarf and manager were very very rude

It’s a very comfortable hotel to stay

Location is wonderful. Breakfast very good and varied. Staff very helpful. The rooms are small but functional. Bed and pillows hard.

This is overpriced and does little to earn that price tag. I asked for a room service snack at 10.30pm and they said that everything was closed and they couldn't offer anything. The staff response to my requests was very poor.

Superior room not as described but n Expedia ( no bath robes or tub). Basic amenities, some requiring maintenance. (Blackout blind would not open, some power sockets not working)
