La ban̈era toda manchada en la superficie, tambien tenia moho en la ducha en las partes de metal, el lavamanos tapado y rota la ceramica se tardaba en bajar y flotaba el sucio, el espejo frente a ese lavamanos tenia mocos pegados. El elevador y los pasillos sucios. En este viaje me quede en 9 hoteles y ninguno estuvo malo excepto este.

Todo el exterior, pasillos, escaleras muy sucio, la habitación pequeña, el agua del baño sin nada de presión, no subía a la regadera

The room was not clean. Rug not vacuumed, hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom shower curtain not long enough, could not shower. No trash in bathroom. No conditioner. No iron. Furniture not wiped down. Could see finger prints from previous guests. The only good thing about the stay was the beds. Clean and comfortable. Staff dressed casual. Maybe it’s a red roof thing. Will not stay here again. Very disappointed in lack of cleanliness.

To start with I have stain many times in different hotels however, this building is so old that needs to be rebuild back again. The staff is not helpful the rooms they’re old and they stink. They do not clean your room unless you ask the service is terrible even though so that is close to the city of New York. At least they should keep it neat and clean. It’s a new owner as I understand but the building is extremely extremely old and then on the top of that is really terrible in the floors and everything that you can think of, so I hope that your company do not recommend these hotel at that location anymore. The bathroom the top was terrible ugly with black spots anyway I did survive because I knew right there and then that I was not gonna get my money back, but I will never ever recommend this place to anyone anymore or anyone.

This is a MOTEL not a hotel as advertised!!! So recognize the difference and book accordingly

The front desk team is helpful. The room is comfortable, with plenty of parking, and in a good location close to Route 3 a short drive to NYC, restaurants and shopping. One complaint I would have is that on the last day while we were finishing packing our bags and getting dressed a cleaning person opened the door and yelled “time to check out”. I feel that the staff could have treated us more courteously in that situation. I understand that we might have been running late, but that made us feel uncomfortable as we left for the day. We stayed two nights but our room did not receive cleaning.

Wow where do I start the was so that my feet would turn black just by walking few steps on the rug.I requested a mini-fridge because some of med requires refrigeration. And told that that was an upgrade,ii agreed to extra charge but never got the fridge.I stayed 5 days and the room never got clean.don’t need to say if you have others option stay away from this place

This was NO Red Roof PLUS. It was the most basic room and service. No coffee maker, no frig, no microwave in the room or the lobby. No breakfast. Not even milk for the instant coffee and tea in the lobby. Towels tiny and thin. Furniture worn. A threadbare stay.
