Room was clean, staff was great, latch on sliding door was about to fall off due to screws being loose and wall having busted drywall.

The room looked nothing like the picture.

Convenience

Breakfast was very good, but the room smelled musty and the curtains were torn; based on my experience, I wouldn't go back there.

Dirty towels left in the bathroom...had hairs on them and the coffee machine is also located in the bathroom...? Room also had a weird smell. The parking garage isn't the best as it's extremely small, but it's only $35 a night, actually saw someone else hit a wall because of the size. On a positive note, it's located in a good area near a lot of things to do, staff is nice, and the room had a good view.

Great if traveling with kids. Breakfast included and everything was within walking distance. TV doesn't have many channels to choose from but decent channels. We had a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge which was a huge plus for us.

We had a nice stay. Breakfast was nice.

Customer Service was awesome and having a garage was very convenient and safe. Great location with restaurants close by. I will def be visiting again soon.

Easy walk to wharf and pier Parking structure narrow and tight to navigate. Breakfast buffet limited and Crowded. Only 1 toaster for everyone!
