We stayed for 2 nights this weekend whist Electric Paradise Festival was on and the hotel was lovely. It was really clean and the staff were so friendly. It’s located around 1.5 miles from the national bowl. There’s a bus stop just outside which runs to the bowl and plenty of taxis. The bar and lounge area was really nice too with a lovely atmosphere. The double room was a decent size and comfortable. The room didn’t have a safe or a fridge which I would have liked but overall it wasn’t a problem. Really happy with our stay. Thank you

Okay - but dated and some very evident wear and tear.

The hotel is well located between station and city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

The air con would only go down to 20 degrees and kept turning itself off. I woke up in the middle of the night hot and sweating and had to keep turning it back on!!!!! I think it’s locked and controlled from reception. My room was right next to the housekeeping store room which meant that I was rudely awakened by the crash, bang, wallop of the maids who seemingly didn’t care that there were people still trying to sleep at 7am. Maybe prop the door open or engineer a mechanism that stops it from slamming!!!!

Nice hotel and staff, but it looks like it needs a bit of attention to refurbishment. Room was quite clean, but you could see lots of dust on the ceiling where air-conditioning is blowing. There was also some water damage to the boards covering the toilet which didn't look good.

Good hotel, meal was nice, handy having a small shop where you can purchase drinks and snacks for the room. The bedroom was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast was to a good standard. Was plenty of choice at breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay my only gripe would be having to hang around for a while trying to obtain a parking space, and even at that I ended up with a fair walk to the hotel. Hotel only parking would be a major plus for this location.

Probably a worst stay ever.. couldn't sleep at all..so much noise lowers levels of the hotel..where we have never stayed lower then the floor 8

Amazing customer service from beginning to end , clean tidy , can’t say enough me and my wife were very happy with our stay.
