Laundry was clean and machines worked well

Breakfast was great! Staff was wonderful and very helpful!

Room very clean, staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly during our stay. The property was close to downtown so you can walk and enjoy the area.

To much money for what we received in room

Great place for walking downtown Anchorage. Clean and comfortable room. Family of four staying for two nights.

Fine, but overall disappointing. We expected much more at this price point. The property has not been renovated in quite some time, and

Found cracker crumbs on the floors near the bed and the couch.

Hotel is pretty tired. Time for a refurbishment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is older, it has been updated nicely and feels well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. I was only staying for one night before an early morning drive, so it was simply a quick stop for a good night’s sleep.
