超讚 Lovely hotel and easy to travel from there into central London. Went with my 8yr old son and he loved the restaurant across the road.

很好 Love this hotel having stayed a few times. Love the fact it benefits good causes. Love the fact it doesn’t have a TV in the room!

I loved the helpful and present staff and the amazing breakfast. Plus it was so close to the ExCel Center

Brilliant value for money and fantastic breakfast! The room was small but completely functional. I really like the ethos of this hotel!

The Hotel was very nice, clean and air conditioned. We didn't have breakfast or Dinner so can't comment on that. Rooms were clean. Could do with a lick of paint, bathroom/toilet very small but usable, asked for a coffee at 9.30pm but the machine had already been switchef off, all in all good stay

The public areas are great and beautifully air-conned!
The roof terrace is awesome, even though the G&T is a tad pricey.
The team were knowledgeable and helpful.
The room are simple in some ways, but you can tell that the design and extras have been well thought out!

Just what was needed for a night in London while attending a concert at the O2. Clean, comfortable and cool room. Not particularly big, but that wasn’t needed. Easy connections to public transport. Would recommend and stay again.

The room we had was ideal for one nights stay, clean, tea & coffee making facilities, decent shower, working aircon, if I was staying longer it may of been nice to have a room with a TV (there wasn’t one in the room) however for our requirements it was fine.
