Great stay overall! Close to everything! Bed was a bit uncomfortable though. But everything was great.

No elevator which made taking up our luggage up and down hard . Staff was nice but didn’t clean room everyday, older appliances but you honestly get what you paid for if you are on a budget this would be good . Right by walking market so lots of places to eat at

The location was very central to everything, which made getting around super easy. The owner was lovely and very accommodating, even when my flight was delayed by two and a half hours. The bed was a little on the firm side, but overall it’s a great little room with everything you need.

Room is large and spacious and located in the middle of al the action and yet is surprisingly quiet. Sue is a fantastic host and this guesthouse offers excellent value for money

Our stay at Sue @ Cozy was very pleasant. The accommodation is within the Kata Walking Street Market, which was a very convenient place for food and drink! The room was quiet, well equipped, relatively comfortable, and the staff was attentive. One thing we’ll mention is that since Sue was away on holiday (we came during the low/rainy season) the bar downstairs was not open. Not a problem though, as there were many options in the surrounding area. Overall, would recommend!

Great value for money, fantastic location right in the heart of kata walking street market. Fon the owner is amazing always laughing and smiling.

Great for people who want to be right at the action of the indoor market. Perfect for us and the owner was lovely and runs a fantastic bar. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again and we enjoyed our stay.

For those who have difficulty ask for a lower floor the place has no lift. The stairs goes to the 4th floor.

Excellent stay at Sues. Lovely room (202) and excellent location
