The place is magnificent but the monkeys are a big problem jumping on the tables at breakfast. Not cute but aggressive. Also all over the balcony in the villa eating the cushions of the outdoor furniture. Such a shame because this place would be heaven without those monkeys.

Beautiful place and happy with the villa. The spa has super views and the beach was nice but the hill tram down to the beach was not working one day. Be prepared for a staff member who tries to sell you timeshare and was quite pushy about meeting up without being clear from the outset about what the meeting was for. It was very, very expensive to stay here so we had high expectations. But, my husband and I stayed in 10 hotels over the month that we travelled around Bali.....there were many hotels that were equally nice or even more super but nothing like as expensive as this one, so it was not good value for money in my opinion.

Resort is well laid out with access to a lovely private beach and the gardens are very well maintained. The restaurant needs an overhaul. We enjoyed a morning yoga session and the Gym is small but functional. Our villa was tired looking. The bed wasn't comfy and the sheets and pillow covers didn't smell fresh. The nightly rate reflects that the resort has seen better days
