The one bed suite was very spacious and well equipped clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Many restaurants on site and on close proximity, the beach is close by only a few steps away. The staff are amazing and very friendly.Trieu was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us, going over and above our expectations

There was no electrical outlet for hair dryer in the bathroom and no mirror outside the bathroom in one bedroom suite...this was so unacceptable. There was one in the bathrom in the studio multi-view room.

Great property. Good location. Staff is good. The only thing they forgot about our anniversary celebration. I mentioned and reminded them again, staff said they will check and let me know but nothing, we chose this location for our 15th anniversary but was disappointed with that. Property is clean and got amazing views. Food is good. Staff is great as well. But don’t promise something you can’t deliver.

2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。
毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。
洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました)
とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。
冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。
フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。
プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。
