Very clean and comfy. Quiet and safe.

Great location and friendly hosts

Great place! Super clean and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and updated. Perfect location in central Southlake. It is walking distance to the lake & Heavenly resort.

Good location for access to Stateline businesses and the lake. It appears that lake access may have a fee. Parking is a little tight and on busy days you may have to back out of the parking area. No amenities other than a roof top sitting area and coffee/tea in the office between 0730-1100. Staff is great and this is our go to hotel when we go to Tahoe.

Great value for money. Room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, AC worked. Excellent location, across the street from Heavenly Village shopping center. Guy at desk was super nice and even let us check-in a couple hours early. Parking included is a huge plus.

We ended up having to book here last minute when the first hotel we had booked and checked into was found to be completely disgusting, dirty, and reeked of mold, and cigarette smoke, and the ceiling was caving in.. luckily this hotel had an opening left that was big enough for our party. The staff was super friendly and gave us a very convenient room. The rooms were on the smaller side, but it was exactly what we needed. This was like two blocks away from Stateline so it was very obtainable by Foot. Would stay here again!!

The ownership and staff were absolutely great. Rooms were top rate and location was perfect walking distance to bars and restaurants. Great experience.

Always love staying here. It’s become our new favorite goto hotel in South Shore.

Outstanding property. Clean, friendly & helpful staff, very close to restaurants. We stayed there a few times & now it feels like coming home when we travel to South Lake Tahoe!
