No hot water,

Nice, spacious place with all necessary amenities.

Everything is fine and just need lift for the seventh floor on foot , it is so much hard to go upstairs and downstairs

This was a great place for us because we were on the go all day and simply needed a place to get a good nights rest and a shower. It is located in a great location so we could take the Metro to and from the Airport and walk everywhere else.

Apartment was appalling, customers service from the owners was awful - non existent Worse than student accommodation

The location was superb. Everything was in walking distance. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need & if you just want somewhere to crash at the end of the day it's ideal. The entrance & stairs look a little scary but absolutely no problems at all. Just take your phone for light when returning at night as some lighting between floors is out (although you can use the teeny lift if you want.) The shower curtain could do with replacing but it works fine. Staff at aparthotel really helpful if you have a problem.

Great location in Central Athens, very friendly staff very helpful, room was Clean modern spacious with plenty of amenities, would certainly book again, the jacuzzi & Large sun roof at the main hotel 5 mins walk is lovely & relaxing, my son & I enjoyed our time thank you

We were told to come out of Monastiraki station and walk up the street to collect the key. The issue with this - there are about 10 exists from the station so which street is it. We finally lugged our suitcases up into the square and found someone who gave us some directions. Not being hooked up to wifi is a major issue - you must have at least google maps for travels such as this. The fellow told us the room was just 50 metres up the road and look for the white door. No white door - everything under 2 metres is covered in graffiti in Athens so there is nothing white. We finally found an 8 pain glass door which was originally white - but now covered in graffiti - and the lift doesn't start on the ground floor - climb 3 flights of stair to get to the lift. There is 6 locks on the entry door - they made us a bit worried about the area but in the end we never went out at night anyway. The apartment was a renovated warehouse. It was large and clean. The curtains had seen better days and need to be rehung. It also needs double glazing - ear plugs await you on your pillow if that gives you any idea. the bathroom was not flash but it worked. the kitchen had a great fridge and cooker. If you are a back packer or don't have much luggage then give it a go. Its in a great area with everything surrounding you.
