Clean room and well maintained property

Air con did not work. Breakfast could have been better based on own advertisement. No phone in room to communicate with front desk and no fridge to store drinks or food.

Good hotel well located for the station

A/C not working at any of the rooms we stayed.

A/C not working. We stayed in 4 separated rooms and neither one has an A/C working properly. Maintenance came several times and said this is the best they can do, acknowledged is was too hot inside and offered to bring a fan since we were sweeting. The bright spot is two ladies from the front desk. Both are very friendly and professional.

Hotel was modern and clean, room was large and spacious, ideally located for the station, old Voorburg and The Hague. Air con was a nice to have, very happy until I looked out the window. Looking out onto a flat roof, ok with that but covered in litter and cigarette ends, not a pleasant view, add to that exterior of the window dirty.

Very nice all round

Our stay at the hotel was a good experience. The hotel staff was wonderful and always helpful, especially the elegant young man from the Caribbean who was fantastic and very helpful.

Clean room, pleasant staff decent breakfast, espresso machine in room was a nice touch

The staff was very accommodating for my additional requests.
