After reading countless reviews about where to stay in Frankfurt, I was lucky enough to choose the JW for the first part of the trip. The reviews here don’t do justice of how perfect this hotel was. From the high tech room with panoramic views of the city to the extra comfortable mattress and best Hotel gym I’ve ever been, this is the only place to be in Frankfurt. The location is simply the best , right on the heart of everything including shopping , markets etc. The staff was excellent and in case you’re still comparing to the competitors 5 stars make no mistake , you won’t regret .

Clean spacious quiet room, central location, professional staff, decent breakfast

Excellent location with high end shops across the street. There is a lot if construction outside so be ready to wait a bit longer for your Uber.

JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt was amazing. The rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and help full and the breakfast had everything I could want and more. I would recommend this hotel very highly. The Marriott Frankfurt was just amazing.

Just back from a short trip in Frankfurt with my daughter. The JW Marriott hotel is exceptional and I couldn't rate it high enough. From the moment you enter the doors you are treated so well. Every single staff member that we encountered was professional and friendly. One of the best hotels, if not the best, I have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotless the rooms are gorgeous. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. A big shout out for the wonderful Julija for looking after myself and my daughter so well and making our trip so memorable. If you are heading to Frankfurt this is the only hotel to stay in! Also the hotel is right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything. We want to go back to Frankfurt just to stay here again.

Very nice room. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The “fitness center” is actually full gym, open to the public (free for hotel guests), so it is quite extensive. My only complaint is that the water temperature sometimes fluctuated in the shower. Otherwise, I really liked this hotel.
