Excelente comida en restaurante de comida tradicional

Arrived at the property after 11 hrs of travel and was told i didnt have a reservation. Called Expedia and they confirmed my booking. Expedia representative called the hotel and spoke with the front desk supervisor MARCOS. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted that I pay one night stay and straighten it out in the morning. Although the Expedia reps assured him that I had CONFIRMED booking.I was assisted with my bags or help to my room or the amenities of the property. Upon checkout I was told I would be charged $20 for the room keys bracelets and two beach towels if they weren’t returned. I was not informed of the policy upon check in. Overall the property was very nice and clean. MARCOS made experience extremely. Unpleasant.

The room was a bit to warm for us, would have been nice to get the air conditioning to cool the room more.

The hotel is nice, rooms are large, comfy beds and super friendly staff. Food quality is good and excellent variety in the buffet. Drink quality varies, wine is ok, cocktails are terrible, as in most all- inclusive hotels, not the best quality liquor and they artificial syrups. Mango margarita was undrinkable. Non-motorised water sports are included, which is very nice. We couldn't make the most of it due to weather though.

Friendly staff

The place was very well organized and laid out, comfortable, calm, tasteful and had everything without seeming overdone or tacky. The spaces were well set in nature which made it so calming and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were constantly cleaning and organizing the property. The place is also very respectful of the environment, as far as all-inclusives go. I was impressed with the minimal but very comfortable amenities in rooms, the use of reuseable items, towel and laundering protocols, timed lights and water faucets and beach care. It also avoided the various levels of exclusivity, access or inclusiveness. Everything was straightforward and everyone had access to everything, for the most part. It all felt simple and comfortable.

Terrific place for an all-inclusive holiday. Resort is a bit dated but extremely well maintained and very clean. Staff were awesome and food was much better than we’ve experienced at similar resorts. A lot of kids and young families. Definitely recommend this place.

Air conditioning super loud, someone kept knocking on our door and running away. Staff came in and cleaned our room even when we have the snooze sign up. Staff also seemed super miserable to be there working. Not very many welcoming or friendly people working there.
