The hotel did not inform me that the pool was on maintenance. I was so disappointed when I arrived and they informed me that I could not access the hotel. The hotel is under repairs and maintenance but the noise was terrible

Very clean but room is a bit small. Overall great experience.

Impressed by the hotel - usually not first choice for a stay in Singapore but stayed for one night before returning to Europe after time in Asia. Hotel has very friendly staff, great breakfast, and rooms were better than in other pricier options in SG.

The service was good, and the location was very convenient. It was within walking distance of the shopping mall and the MRT station. However, the room facilities were quite worn out. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the bathroom drain was partially clogged, causing the shower water to rise above my ankles. The cleanliness was also only average. I found long hairs inside both of the clean towels before I had even used them.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. The staff were so helpful, providing us with early check in when we arrived early from a long flight and we were able to have late checkout on our last day. All staff were friendly and polite when we dealt with them and we felt well looked after. The room is well furnished, and will look even nicer after all the renovations are complete. Only downside is there was a long walk from the lift to our room, not sure if it is possible to add an additional lift down that end of the hotel. But that was just the room we were in, not the case for most rooms.

very convenient place. Accessible to shopping areas.

Everything is fine.

Location is convenient! Breakfast is amazing.

Excellent staff. Lots of shop nearby. Pretty central location.

Very good location, efficient & courteous staff, breakfast could havme been better. Perhaps more choices for western people.
