不錯 Staff was friendly. They need a dress code for the Waterpark because this is a family resort. I saw numerous females dressed very inappropriately. Small children and others do not need to see thong wearing women.

超讚 Clean rooms, wonderful staff, very family friendly and plenty for the littles to do for free. we spent most of this trip in the outdoor pool and i 10/10 recommend the cabanas if your going to be in the pool all day even if you take breaks from the pool some. it is DEFINITELTY worth it. We love it here and can never get enough.

很好 Everything was great except they all the water slides don’t stay open they alternate every hour due to shortage of life guards and the big slide indoors does not do double passenger tubes which collectively makes it inconvenient experience for small children

超讚 Allura was out waitress at breakfast and she was amazing. Heard the kids wanting the glass mugs and brought them each one along with their sealed drinks. Benji in the waterpark was so patient with my hard headed 2 year old about his height. He was tall enough but wouldn't stand up straight. We had a great 3 days.

超讚 We loved this place. It was our first time staying here and we will be back. All staff we encountered were great. From check in, to the restaurants, to staff doing the kids activities, to the maintenance and housekeeping staff; everyone was wonderful. The indoor pool was kinda cold but everything else was great. My 3 1/2-year-old LOVED the outdoor kids water/pool area. And honestly, I did too. It was perfect for him.

不錯 They have taken all coffee from the rooms. Apparently there was an Alexa you could order a delivery service for coffee and they have removed those. There are two buildings. If you are in building 2, you must not only leave your room for coffee, you must go to the building 1. It is not very accommodating. The vending machines did not work and you could not get water without going back to building 1 also, It was clean and a nice place to stay. I just hope you get building 1.
