Very helpful staff responded to messages. They were able to accommodate our needs.

Horrible stay and desk staff is not accommodating at all. Not clean and only nice staff was the one taking us in the little carts.

Nice size room, secure property.

Wonderful little hotel in walkable area. A bit of a serpentine checkin process and parking but they make it work. View from balcony not quite as good as photos make it appear.

I’ll start with the good… The actual unit itself was lovely. Great size, great kitchen, very clean and comfortable furniture. It was also in a pretty good location. Close enough to walk to everything but a little on the edge so it wasn’t noisy and didn’t feel busy. Now for the bad…. This is actually part of a group of buildings/apartments. to check in, I had to walk 2 blocks with my luggage to get to reception. The gym is then a separate business also several blocks away and you have to go to reception each day for a pass. I specifically booked a rooftop penthouse so that I could have a private terrace. But there was NO privacy (photos are very deceptive). Staff were standing on balconies calling across to each other, staff came to take care of the hot tub without any communication with me and I had Do Not Disturb on the door and the hotel next door looked directly down onto my roof so I had people staring at me while in the space. My terrace also didn’t have an outdoor lounge as shown in photographs. I raised this with reception on Day 2/4. They did offer that I could change rooms the next day; however, I was expected to pack, check out of my current room by 12 and then wait again until check in for the new room so I declined this. Finally, the furniture on the roof was old and falling apart (including the outside of the hot tub) I was just disappointed overall because I paid significantly more money specifically for the terrace and it didn’t at all meet expectations.

found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value.

The condo unit was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was fabulous to have so much space as a family and 2 bathrooms, which was gret with our teenage daughter! The location was perfect - a very short walk to Quinta Avenida, the main shopping, restaurant and nightlife street and yet it was perfectly quiet at night once we closed the balcony doors. It felt very safe and secure and the cleaning service was excellent. There were, however, a few things though that wasn't quite what we were expecting: the beach that is right around the corner has a lot of boats moored and is not one where you can swim - you have have to go further in either direction to find that; the pool in the hotel is very small and has no lounging space to speak of beside it - it is not really somewhere you can hang out and relax; and the balcony in our particular unit was great, but quite small - you could only fit two people around the table at a time. Overall though it was a great experience.

Clean, comfortable, very close to everything.

It is centrally located. Gym was awesome. We were in one of the penthouses, the pics and descriptions were accurate with the exception of the terrace , as it’s not on the same level. BBQ didn’t work which was very unfortunate. Property is dated but the staff were lovely and it’s off the noisy 5th, however there were nights you could hear the dance music until 3am. Felt super safe the entire time.
