Was great, quadruple room was perfect for families. Was very clean and the AC was perfect

Everything was great, Good room, clean, air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was pretty good. Staff is nice and friendly. They helped me with early check-in, because we arrived earlier.

The overall room and bathroom were very nice. We had been traveling for almost 2 weeks in different locations and this was the last spot before going home. And it was so nice that this was our last location as it was the best on our travels. We were able to stretch out and relax for the last few days of our vacation. Thr snack bar in the hotel was nice the first day we got there for a quick snack and drink. Also the airport conditioning was lovely as it was pretty hot

There was no wash cloths available. There was no iron for the rooms only 1 iron for the entire hotel is unacceptable this should be standard!!!

Room was very spacious and clean. Location was perfect, not too far from many of the popular places

Newly renovated, very clean. In a good location, above two train lines. My only complaint is the lack of amenities in the room; no iron, kettle, or bathroom amenities. Different from other Acta properties, which supply those things. Overall it was good.

The room and bathroom were clean and it was accurate with the description. The breakfast was AMAZING! I ate so much because everything was delicious and the selection was great. It’s literally next to the metro station and it’s very walkable. We all agreed that we would stay at this hotel again, for sure!

I am not one to write reviews but after my experience I wanted to leave feedback in hopes that the property improves. The staff was rude on check-in and not at all attentive to our needs. The biggest thing was the air conditioner: we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and informed the staff that the ac was not working. A member of their staff informed me on the first night that they would set the temp (requested 20C) which did not happened and me and my partner were not able to sleep. The following morning, a different staff member informed me that “it was not possible and that all hotels in Madrid had to be set to 24C”…this was of course not true because on that evening I got a call from yet another staff member in the front desk informing me to move rooms with a working unit since ours was clearly broken. Now, I do appreciate their attempt to remedy the situation but for that much money I do not appreciate the dishonestly they used on two separate occasions. I’ll reiterate that I do not aim to deter people from booking this hotel but instead to let the staff know that we were deeply disappointed in our experience.

Hôtel location is excellent having bus station and metro station at one step of the hotel . Staff are super helpful and v nice . Room is clean . Breakfast is v good .
