I always stay here when I come to Chiang Mai. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They treat me like family. I have stayed many times with my mom and friends over the years. Rooms are always nice and clean. Comfortable beds, clean towels and bedding. My only “complaint” is the water pressure is sometimes not very strong. For the price, it’s a great place to stay! 🙏

Rooms are always clean and maintained. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have become like family as I have stayed here many times whenever I visit Chiang Mai. My only complaint is the shower doesn’t have the best pressure with hot water.

The room need a little bit more cleaning otherwise staff was very good

The hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and seem to run it as a little family. There’s a coffee shop at the front that’s serves a lovely coffee in the morning upon your exit. There are plenty of little food places near by and the old town is a short grab ride away (10 mins) it will cost around 80 Thai bhrt for the ride. Would I stay here again for the price yes 👍.

Clean room

Staff was very nice and hospitable.

Pros: Decent front lobby, maid and one clerk were friendly, cats were friendly. Cons: Distant location, TV not working, shower drain clogged, traffic noise from street, 300 baht cash deposit for key which is big to carry. This hotel seems like it could be improved if more amenities and staff adjustments. Biggest issue is distance from things to do, so you must take Grab or Bolt.
