Stay away from this hotel

Receptionist girls are rude and don’t understand English. They misunderstand friendly conversation and won’t honor your advance reservations and accuse you and complain wrongly to Expedia. Stay away from this hotel and find another hotel. They also charge you for extra pillow 50baht, late checkout 50baht for an hour. Rip off.

Clean and quiet. Bed might be hard for many people.

It was cheap to stay there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have washing machines available. A bit remote for using public transport and definitely not walkable. However the Grab app solved that problem.

There is no breakfast served so we have to walk 5mins to the shops for food.

This is clean nice comfortable hotel room but the location is one of if not the worst in Bangkok. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk out to the nearest convenience store. 4 different drivers got lost and couldn't find the hotel when I am on my way home. The location on their Google Map is not updated properly. The hotel should do more to bring in a tuktuk or at least offer better signages around the areaa few hundred metre leading up to the hotel. I got lost in the taxi for 30 minute. It can be very dangerous at night especially for a girl. I will not go back to stay at this hotel again.

I had a very comfortable stay. It seemed like it was a newly built hotel. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The staffs are very nice also.
