Location was perfect. Staffs always greet you when you arrive, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing missing was the air-condition in the room and a water refilling station for the hotel, hopefully soon they can add that, and not just serve coffee. There’s only one elevator, so you might wait for a couple minutes. But overall, will still recommend and will still book this the next time we go back.

Perfect for a short stay! The hotel is always spotless, the staff are genuinely welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better. I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back because they consistently make guests feel valued. One thing I especially appreciate is the 12:00 pm checkout time. it feels like such a thoughtful gesture instead of rushing guests out the door at 11. They also don’t require a security deposit, which makes the whole experience refreshingly hassle free. It honestly feels like this hotel is run by kind hearted people who care more about treating their guests well than squeezing every extra dollar out of them. They could easily charge for things like Wi-Fi or add unnecessary fees, but they don’t. Thank you for continuing to do things this way. It really makes a difference, and it’s why I keep returning.

Small room

The only positive about this stay was the proximity to transit. Our visit was in a reasonably temperate July, and the room had a fly infestation that was made worse when using the shower. When we complained to the staff they cleaned the bathroom and suggested the flies would only come during specific times of day. The bathroom was covered in them, as were our towels and belongings in the bathroom even after they “cleaned” the room. One or two insects is not an issue, hundreds of small flies covering the bathroom made worse by using the shower, warrants more than free coffee as restitution.

Staff was friendly and the accommodations were clean. The location was great and an easy walk to transportation options. Coffee was already available by 5 am in the lobby!

Clean with no air conditioning. The doors were strange with see through but blurred panels. The shower didn't have a curtain or full sliding door.

Appreciated the little bag of snacks and water and $10 Starbucks gift card at check in. ceiling fan and windows that actually open both also very nice. Good location.

Convenient area, near Chinatown Gate and Union Square shopping. Lots of food nearby, quiet hotel. Lounge area with complimentary coffee/tea/sparkling water. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable rates.

Nice play Very clean Only down side is their TV is not a smart tv
