Nice place would stay there again

My stay was excellent. The cleaning ladies as usual were very attentive and pleasant. The breakfast could use more variety in a hot breakfast section. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. They help me out a lot when my flight was canceled and I was rebooked by the airline. They have a few new people and they are very pleasant and overall it was a big improvement. I would like to add that they have one of the best workout areas or small gyms of the hotels that I've stayed in.

Everything was great and hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when it came to parking. The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking.

The room was beyond dirty and the smell was horrendous. Lady at front desk did not offer any customer service concerning this matter. I gladly left immediately and booked downtown.

I tried to speak to manager as I didnt get the amenities and accommodation that my stay came with. I never had an issue with Wyndham hotel stay.

Dirty, poorly maintained property.elevator broken and the stairwell was filthy. Broken tv hanging off the wall, remote had no battery. Room clock was a broken shell with no cord or battery, leaky toilet ran all night. All USBs in lamps were broken. Just a gross experience.

Requested extra pillows via the app before check-in and specified that there would be three people in our double queen room. There were no extra pillows and only enough towels for two people. So we had to go to the front desk to request those. The room smelled as though someone had urinated in it repeatedly, and it had never been cleaned up. It was very strong in the corner nearest the window. When hotel staff was alerted to the issue the response was, they would let housekeeping know. It should’ve been rectified immediately. And management should’ve been notified. The bathroom was in poor condition and had recently been painted, and there was paint on the shower curtain and on the faux tile walls that had never been cleaned up. Just lack of detail in everything.

La habitación estaba sucia, la poceta tenía muchísimo residuo de popo, todo olía a cigarro y estaba manchado, nos cambiaron a otra habitación que olía igual de mal y estaba igual de deteriorada; no se dejen llevar por las fotos del lobby las habitaciones están muy deterioradas!

Insufficient parking for the guest. One night i arrive and the parking lot was full.

The shuttle bus does come as scheduled
