Loud music every thurs, fri, sat & sun night. Impossible to sleep. No hot water on numerous occasions. This hotel has gone downhill.

I like morning breakfast 😋 it was included food was delicious, staff was very helpful

Extremely bad experience I had ever,,,,,I suggest no one should go such property. One can get poor service & hospitality with paying higher budget

Not me but my mom stated at the property. She was visiting Delhi for visa interview. She was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel is contrary to some of the negative reviews online. It is conveniently located within 10 min auto ride. Hotel is very clean, well decorated and food was very good quality as well. Property also has an impressive garden. Staff was very attentive. Overall, it got a glowing review from her.

Didn’t use the spa - short walk to a few shops

We booked the 2-room stay for my family through Expedia, and when they arrived at night, they said they didn't have a reservation for them and couldn't accommodate them. After 1 hr of arguing and involving Expedia support, they finally allowed it. Terrible support for 7star hotel, I booked a week before and messaged them, no response.

Very old hotel needs quick upgrades, all the stuff badly provoked you to give good tips. No professionalism in anyone there in house keeping and room service

We stayed twice in Ashoka , room 522 , no hot water just luke warm , shower head dripping ice cold water while using hand held shower, 5 nights in that room, then 757 three nights, not bad , staff is very pushy about tipping, very bad , even using the toilet, they see me coming, run to the washroom , take out paper towel from dispenser and give it you , asking for tip or give you pathetic look , not very comfortable, I would give this hotel 3 stars , stayed in Holiday inn express in Jaipur , very clean , no one harassing you , very pleasant staff
