When we walked into the room; four things we noticed: 1. It smelled like mole like there was something dying in the room. I immediately told my spouse to put nothing on the bed and keep luggage outside the room. 2. Went into the bathroom, opened up the toilet lid and someone must have had a haircut because there was a clump of black hair in the toilet. I should have taken a picture, but rather I flushed it down. 3. There was a cockroach the size of a bird in the room and it looked hungry. 4. There was a large spider in a web between the two beds. It was obvious nobody has in the room to inspect or clean as that spider has been there a very long time. We decided to leave. The front desk offered another room, but if one room is that bad, others will be the same and I was concerned about potential bed bugs. I did not inspect for bedbugs, but based on what I could smell and see....this was a bad place! Avoid at all cost!

The staff were very nice

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I didn’t necessarily care for the location, but that is my preference, not against the hotel. Older hotel but not a bad stay.

Breakfast was really good. My problem was, there’s a lot of ants in the room.

Clean room and helpful staff. I paid 800pesos for 2 people for airport shuttle which I find a little pricey considering it's only about 10-15minutes away.

My first room faced the street and there was so much noise that I could hardly sleep the first night. The following day I requested another room and this one was in the back of the hotel, therefore quieter. Unfortunately, the view from this room was an adjacent property that was run down. Also, the second room had issues with the hot water in the shower. It was either scalding hot or totally cold, with no middle/comfortable setting. For the rest of my stay I was given a third room which was adequate. The issue with this room was that the "view" was a wall to the roof area that housed what appeared to be the hotel's water tank.

The staff was very courteous.In fact, they were excellent.The two girls behind the front desk were very, very nice. The room was good air con worked good the showrr had good hot water.

It was a terrible day
