Charkes Rahim loved the Coconut Grove because the staff were great. Location was a 6 minute walk from the shops .

Really good property, we had a wonderful stay. The receptionist is an exceptional worker that goes genuinely above and beyond for every customer no word of a lie. She's an absolute work horse that's not stop and also very kind and accommodating. The cleaning staff are meticulous and perfect at their role. It should be noted that the reception is staffed during limited hours but they do accommodate late and early arrivals extremely well. It's a small reception and as a result they do not have the facilities for luggage storage unfortunately through no fault of their own. I'd recommend this property in a heart beat. 10/10

Absolutely disgusted! From the smell even before you enter the gate to the floors all the way to the room. This place should be condemned! Very very disappointed Don’t stay there!!!!!!

Bit dated 80s decor but clean and quiet. Excellent for the price.

The positives. It was close to the event we were in town for. And at least it had free parking. The staff were friendly. The negatives. The area was an undesirable location. Which explains the Fort Knox style car park and security gate to get into the complex. The room it self was ok but the couch could do with a steam deep clean. It was not clean to sit on. The beds weren’t that comfy and could do with a comforter under the sheets. The pipes in the building are old and you can tell cos one apartment turns the tap on and everyone can hear it. Our toilet ran all the time I had to turn the tap off at night so we could sleep. Lucky they had blackout curtains cos the bright verandah lights stayed on all night. And all the door wheels need attention cos the doors fall of the tracks easily or are hard to side closed. Not the most ideal place to stay but we made do.

We needed a night for a flight layover and it was fine for that. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice room, good ac, just some locals smoking weed in front of their rooms made the experience a bit worse.

A little rough but very comfortable

Reception lady was rude, the room was disgustingly dirty.we checked straight out refusing to stay people were hanging around. I had another customer lget verbally aggressive at me because i told the reception lady that the room was filthy & the people hanging around didbt seem safe...
