I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Facilities were also top notch

Fantastic gym and roof top pool area. This is a family hotel so yes kids are present. Used washer and dryer, super helpful and we paid for daily breakfast which was a awesome selection of Asian American. Lobby on 22nd floor a different layout but hey. Super modern clean hotel with the young techs. Lo wd the country side and quiet fun of this area to hang. How was simply amazing and room serviced daily.

Could have been closer

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped me receive a food delivery at the hotel, which was a huge help. I was a little concerned it might be noisy since it’s close to the train station, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The bed and bathroom were both spotless and well maintained. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was a big plus.

Everything was good except the breakfast. Too expensive and somehow cold/room temp even though I ate right at 6:30am when they opened.

room was spot less and spacious. Staff were very courteous and understands English. Wide selection for breakfast. Minor issues: 1. train station is in front of the hotel so you can hear trains passing by late at night, maybe upto 11 pm 2. room does not have toothbrush and razor so you have to buy at the front desk if you need it

Excellent. Rooms are nice size, staff are helpful, area is full of restaurants and stores. The only downside is it’s far away from popular tourist areas but the train station is a short walk away.

If you plan to visit this city, it’s definitely worth it, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff may sometimes have trouble understanding if you only speak English, but they always do their best to make you feel welcome. I really appreciated the warm welcome and the attention they give to guests. For Marriott members, it’s definitely worth presenting your loyalty card, as it provides some extra perks—I even received a discount on breakfast thanks to my membership. The rooms are another highlight: very well designed, luxurious for the price, brand new, clean, and smelling fresh. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return.

The place was beautiful, but I was bothered that I paid extra for a room credit but because I got to the hotel at 10pm I had no use for the room credit. Room service closes at 9pm which is very inconvenient and doesn’t begin until 10am which again is very inconvenient because I had to leave at 9am. The bed was also very very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
