Clean room, good location. The bathroom was small for 4 people.

Front desk staff was not helpful 2x. Once when I asked about local tours she was unable to help me although that was listed in the narrative regarding the property. The second time when I asked about the laundry option I was discouraged to use this service due to the cost and the time needed to complete a wash/dry cycle. I was willing to pay the 30 euros but not after being treated like I did not deserve this option during our trip. A few times in Vienna we were not treated well by locals.

centrally located, well appointed apartment with large bathroom and comfortable beds, an attentive staff and an excellent breakfast buffet, we were happy

We chose this hotel based on the convenience to everything we wanted to see. It is so close to the Stadpark Metro station and you can basically go anywhere from that line. We were put in a room at the very top and unfortunately it was warm and there was no air-conditioning available. The staff was super helpful in getting us a couple of fans in our room and that did the job. We would totally stay here again without reservation.

Breakfast cost is too high, but otherwise hotel is wonderful. Great location, and terrific staff. Rooms are great. Showers not great for older people.

Great location next to the park and local restaurants and grocery store. Public transportation and train to airport within 2 blocks. Pillows not so great but were given 2 extra upon request. No where to drop keys that we found upon departure early morning and front desk not open certain hours. All over great experience though. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi worked well. Only a few English tv channels.

The room was clean and spacious. The pillows could have been better, but other than that everything was great!

Very well- appointed hotel, close to public transport and a short walk to the centre of the city. Helpful friendly staff. Very clean. All facilities in the room that we needed but furniture a bit tired. Overall would recommend.

The room was great! Location was very central with almost 20-30 min walks to major attractions and museums. It's close to a train station and a lot of the trams and buses. Most importantly, it was close to the Vienna concert hall where a many lovely concerts were held. The staff is super nice and helpful in all aspects - from food recommendations to umbrella rentals - everything is perfect! The only thing is that the heat is a bit too high but this was resolved via opening windows. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great
