This might be the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at. Everything about it was awesome. The highlight would be the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning staff. They were all so nice and ready to help, gave us great suggestions on places to eat, things to do. Always with a great and genuine attitude. Really appreciate all of them!

Very convenient to the center of San Miguel de Allende. Clean, beautiful courtyard. Great breakfast. Staff speak English and Spanish. Excellent experience overall.

This hotel was wonderful. The service, the grounds and vegetation, the complimentary breakfast, and the overall ambiance were outstanding! It will be our go to every time we visit San Miguel.

Our second visit. Lovely respite. Super comfortable beds, charming patio filled with flowers and trees, beautifully decorated sitting area, very accommodating staff, excellent and varied breakfast, great location close to sightseeing and restaurants.

I don’t even have words for this beautiful hotel. It was so clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly. I will be back to this property one hundred more times. So beautiful, so clean, so quiet and just enchanting. The only thing I would change is air conditioning in the room, it was a bit stuffy without it. But everything else was incredible.

Beautiful property with great breakfast in a wonderful location. Our only issue was the noise from the street. But, we really loved our room (Bugambilia) and it was worth putting up with the noise to be able to enjoy the space!

Air conditioning was very good. Staff was friendly and I specially loved that they would keep track of the customer that would go in and out. Parking was also offered.

Everything was excellent, plus only having a total of 13 rooms provides a better service from staff. Food was delicious, specially the green chilaquiles.

Very clean; excellent staff (attentive, courteous, helpful). I like this hotel very much. Second time staying here because it’s very cute and the staff are very attentive plus the breakfast is delicious not to mention the location is great as well. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is that the beds are a bit hard.
