Very true to description. A lovely place to stay, everything in good condition despite not being brand new. The pool was great. We didn’t get the breakfast so enjoyed trying out different cafes round the island for this. Great snorkeling spot right off the beach at the front of the resort! We were diving with Master Divers so the location was perfect for us.

Excellent hotel right on the beach. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were brilliant, family run hotel and they couldn't have been better. We upgraded to a pool access room which was well worth the extra money. Close to many bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the pier where the ferry comes in.

Good value for money and close to the marina.

We had a bungalow room. Was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean, the AC worked well, the bathroom had been updated and the room was well put together. We loved the pool. The location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach for awesome sunsets. Off the main road enough, so it was quiet. 5 minute walk from the pier, so easy to get to and from our ferry. Walking distance to dive shops, 7-11 and restaurants. Not much night life on this side of the island, but we liked that. Easy truck or scooter ride to the night life and other beaches on the island. We would stay here again.

Our stay here was lovely. We walked everywhere, 10 minutes from our favourite bay we visited while on Koh Toa (Jansom Bay), and the hotel is right on the beach! My one complaint is that our room was not in the regular hotel complex, it is across the street and was next to an extreamly noisy bar. As someone who is a very light sleeper and not a partier, I found it incredibly difficult to sleep before 12am. I would say if you are sensitive to noise, try to request a room closer to the pool, not overlooking the beach! But other than that, breakfast was good, and room as lovely.

The staff are super accommodating and lovely people! Rooms are spotless and comfortable. We loved our stay - Koh Tao is a magical place!

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Check in was quick, the room was large, shower was good, staff was pleasant. The place is at the very south end of Sairee, which is a bit out of the way since most places are further north. But as long as you rent a scooter, it isn't a problem. Overall, a good basic hotel.

Location great, close to beach. Some downsides were the door to our room didn’t lock, the shower didnt get hot, only luke warm and there was no free breakfast which my booking said there was. Motorbike parking out front which was nice.
