The best hotel staff!

Great hotel! Really good location - walking distance from everything. Easy check in and check out. Clean property. Good breakfast that is available until noon!

Super centrico, personal amable y limpio, lo recomiendo.

This was not a comfortable stay,

I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Madrid and I have always recommended it to friends. This time around it didnt disapoint and was really glad I have booked a weeks stay at Mario. As a solo traveller this hotel was perfect. The room was so well appointed and there little attention to detail things that made the room cool and effortless but was set out to be super convenient. The breakfast was great and enjoyed sitting beside a balcony each morning. The staff were super helpful and allowed me to practice my Spanish which was really great and appreciated their patience (even though they could have spoken to me in English I thought they were very kind to indulge my intercambio). So glad I stayed here and with the location and styling its well worth the stay.

Clean room

The staff were very quick being able to clean and organize our room in very quick time and they also were very helpful with resupplying our amenities whenever we needed.

Great location, room was spotlessly clean. Staff really friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very well located with good places to eat just across the walkway and a short walk to everything else. The staff is amazing namely Jose, Eva and Sophia; consummate professionals!

Great staff :)
