Very good stay breakfast was really good

Didn’t use amenities ie swimming pool spa etc, room was clean, had a de-luxe twin bedded room my mattress was awful not at all comfortable didn’t do my back any good - did report it to receptionist when checking out - she said would report it - cooked breakfast could have been hotter - plenty of car parking -

Lovely place for catch up with people or for Manchester airport as not far from motorway. Lovely staff too.

Brilliant stay, big spacious clean room, nice facilities

Residents bar closed at 22.50 Poor, complained got 1 drink Surly should stay open 12.30 ish of residents in area ?

Staff friendly, rooms clean, all amenities you could need or want. Afternoon tea fabulous! Lovely stay.

Lovely room

Staff on reception are welcoming and friendly. Sadly my room was not cleaned, despite leaving early and returning later, and sign still on door. Day of checkout male cleaner entered my room whilst I was getting ready- not acceptable at all. Lifts are dirty and need a good clean. Food in the restaurant overpriced and very poor quality.

Lovely welcoming staff. Good spa and leisure facilities. A very enjoyable and reasonably priced stay.

Great room this time - positive surprise, since i basically decided not to come back ever because the food is not good! My new hotel was sold out and you have two pubs nearby that solves the issue.
