Room was clean but very old everything. Carpet on the floor. I saw a roach crawling through my bathroom. Can't blame the crew as there are vents inside bathroom and it connects to anything out there. My room was supposed to be smoking-free but someone must have been smoking in the room next to mine, and that was coming inside. No privacy, one can hear conversations in room nearby. Pool was unavailable due to maintenance just on the days i was there. Staff is nice, tries to be helpful. I didn't try breakfast because i found nice alternatives in the mall nearby. Shower: somehow there was no hot water on my last night, just when i needed it most. It was just mildly warm, enough for super quick shower.

The staff was very helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was great. Loved it.

The staff were great and room was a good size

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THATS WHY I USE THIS HOTEL FOR THE SECOND TIME.

accessible

We loved this hotel, great location near the world trade center mall and hop on hop off bus route. Coffee and dates in the lobby are delicious.

I like the home feeling armmmthe building.

Very good place, good value and in the heart of the city. Easy access to corniche and Yas island.

The hotel needs serious attention. The location is convenient with late night dining options and local shopping but the room we were in had a tv that made a humming noise when it was on, the shower stopper was broken so we had to remove it, the AC did not work well and made a loud clicking noise, and there was a big dead bug that the cleaning crew missed several times during our 4 night stay. The room itself smelled like it needed air although we requested non smoking. We asked to be moved but there were no other rooms available so we suffered through it. The friendliness of the staff and the dining and nightlife options were the only redeeming factor. The staff even helped with wrapping our head scarves when we were leaving to tour the mosque.
